About the role

Your role as part of the People team involves owning the administration for People events for all jurisdictions across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the People Partner, you will ensure all candidate and employee administration is accurate and processed in-line with established people procedures. You will also support employees with general People administration queries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional People administration support to colleagues across all offices
  • Respond to general first tier queries and appropriately escalate to People Partners for other items
  • Lead on the new joiner process, including the People team welcome on Day 1
  • Support all stages of the employee life cycle by maintaining accurate employee data and processing tasks within the established procedures and the guardrails of appropriate checklists
  • Manage the regular reporting from the HR Management system to ensure People management information and payroll is accurate

Qualifications

All individuals are assigned responsibility for assisting in the overall information security and data protection environment. This includes attending and completing all mandatory information security and data protection training and complying with all applicable policies and procedures.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
