Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrator to support daily operations of the Human Resources department.
Responsibilities
- Cook up the onboarding process for new hires
- Chat with candidates and new employees about pre-employment requirements, start dates, orientation, and onboarding instructions
- Prepare, distribute, and process new hire paperwork and onboarding documents
- Complete I-9 employments eligibility verification and ensure all required documentation is accurate and compliant
- Enter and maintain employee information
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, document management, and data entry
- Support day-to-day HR administrative functions as assigned
Essential Job Functions
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma, two (2) year college degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of HR experience
- Experience coordinating drug screenings and background checks preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Able to work in a high pace hiring environment
