Responsibilities
- Aid in day-to-day HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
- Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
- Cook up interview schedules and assist in candidate communication
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration
- Answer employee questions about HR policies and procedures
- Help organize training sessions and company events
- Earn compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in an administrative or HR support role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office and HR software systems
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
