About the role

The Manager is responsible for leading and coaching employees in certain programs, grants or support services, managing and approving all budget items to remain in compliance with all processes, protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Hire and provide training and feedback to employees
• Manage the employment relationship to include providing performance appraisals, counseling documents as well as termination of employment
• Establish goals for the department and assign relevant tasks to accomplish the goals to staff
