About the role

The role involves managing the administrative functions of the Child, Family, & Adult (CFA) division, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication with staff and clients.
  • Manage budgeting and financial reporting for the division, ensuring accurate and timely submission of reports to funders and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure smooth procurement processes and contract management.
  • Provide support to staff in areas such as HR, payroll, and accounting, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Develop and maintain databases and other administrative tools to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.

Qualifications

  • Experience with payroll systems and accounting software.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing child, family, and adult services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
