Housing Manager – Dallas, GA

About the role

This is a highly responsible administrative position which reports directly to the Executive Director. Supervision of other administrative employees may also be required.

Responsibilities

• Initial and on-going eligibility reviews
• Leasing apartments
• Providing customer service
• Maintaining financial and statistical records

All duties must be performed in accordance with Program rules and regulations.

Requirements

• At least five (5) years’ experience working in the leasing and occupancy of federally subsidized housing properties
• Knowledge of the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program is a plus
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• A degree from an accredited college or university is a plus

Pay

The salary for the position ranges from $40,000 to $60,000 depending upon experience.
