About the role
The role involves managing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of facilities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee cleaning schedules and staff assignments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback
- Perform light repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic computer literacy
