Full-time position located on-site at The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel.
About the role
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll supervise daily housekeeping operations while delivering memorable experiences that brighten guests’ stays.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, oversee, and evaluate Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas.
- Assign, inspect, and verify room status; promptly report any discrepancies.
- Monitor work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventory, and the lost-and-found program.
- Partner with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance issues.
- Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson duties as needed to maintain service levels.
- Address special guest needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
