Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

Mr. C Coconut Grove is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead their team of room attendants and ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Organize employee shifts
• Train staff on cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Oversee staff daily
• Check rooms and common areas for cleanliness
• Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements
• Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards
• Motivate team members and resolve issues
• Respond to customer complaints and special requests
• Monitor and replenish cleaning product stock
• Participate in large cleaning projects
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies

Requirements

• Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
• Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
• Able to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
• Excellent organizational and team management skills
• Stamina to handle physical demands
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma is a plus
• Spanish speaker preferred
