The Housekeeping Manager oversees daily housekeeping operations and ensures luxury boutique hotel standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Ensuring cleanliness, presentation, and service standards align with luxury or boutique hotel expectations.
• Development of daily staffing plans and management of labor to meet operational needs.
• Leadership, training, coaching, and evaluation of housekeeping team members and supervisors.
• Conducting regular room and public area inspections and addressing deficiencies promptly.
