Hotel Housekeeping Manager

Qualifications Over 2 years of experience in guest services or hospitality Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent (GED)Well-versed in environmental services (EVS) including sanitation protocol and procedures, and how to use cleaning supplies and equipmentOver 3 years of experience as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping manager, or similarApplicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service Responsibilities Make sure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition and schedule repairs as neededMonitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas dailyHire and train housekeeping staff to perform cleaning duties and deliver customer satisfaction to our expectationsTrack of areas cleaned by room attendants and contact the front office to handle room damage or maintenance needsOrder cleaning supplies as needed, control inventory and manage the department budget
