Housekeeping Manager
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
- Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
- Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.
Requirements
- A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
- An interest in training and developing future housekeeping leaders
- Excellent communication, listening skills, and a great eye for detail
- The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation
- The ability to creatively problem solve and deliver results
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required
- Experience with the specific brand hotel or upscale property is an added plus
