Responsibilities

• Lead the Housekeeping team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Streamline processes to improve guest satisfaction and team morale.
• Stock supply carts and ensure all cleaning supplies are readily available.
• Identify and address challenges, making reasonable and insightful assumptions to resolve issues.
• Motivate the team by showcasing the rewards of providing outstanding service.

Requirements

• A passion for hospitality and cleanliness.
• A minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in a luxury hotel setting.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree is preferred.
• Schedule flexibility is essential.
• Advanced knowledge of housekeeping operations.
• A strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Pay

$80,000 - $85,000 annually

Primarily working evening hours.
