Housekeeping Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of Housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment preferred
- Previous experience managing housekeeping operations, room inspections, scheduling, and team performance
- Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to motivate and engage employees
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards while balancing operational demands
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing labor productivity and departmental expenses preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning practices, sanitation procedures, and safety standards
- Experience with hospitality systems and Microsoft Office preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business-related education preferred
