Housekeeping Manager

About the role

Premier Washington Health Center, a leading rehabilitation and nursing facility located in Washington, Pennsylvania, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of housekeeping staff to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with infection control guidelines and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, residents, and staff
• Identify and address any areas of concern or non-compliance with cleaning standards
• Provide training and support to housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively

Requirements

• Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures and standards
