Responsibilities
- Streamline and optimize housekeeping operations

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in a luxury hotel setting
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in hospitality or related field (a plus)
- Flexible schedule to accommodate evening shifts
- Advanced knowledge of housekeeping operations
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
- Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to adapt to a 24-hour operation
