About the role
A Housekeeper supports general resort operations by cleaning resort units and adhering to quality standards. Responsibilities include cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms; maintaining and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies; making beds; replenishing supplies; sorting, counting, folding, marking, or carrying linens; and responding to guest inquiries and concerns.

- Replenishing supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- Sorting, counting, folding, marking, or carrying linens
- Responding to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction
- Handling guest issues to resolution in an effort to improve the guest experience
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Possess ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with a team focus
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role preferred
