About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Santa Cruz, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in CA
- Experience in SNF or LTC preferred
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR certification

Pay
