Housekeeper: Club Wyndham Royal Garden at Waikiki

About the role

As a Housekeeper, you will support general resort operations by cleaning resort units and maintaining resort quality standards. This includes cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms while adhering to housekeeping detail standards. You will also clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies; make beds; replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries; sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens; and maintain positive customer and associate relationships.

You will respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction and handle guest issues to resolution to improve the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms.
• Maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards.
• Clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies.
• Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries.
• Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens.
• Maintain positive customer and associate relationships.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest issues to resolution to improve the guest experience.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with employees, guests, and owners.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Pay

The hourly rate for this role is $26.75.
