Responsibilities

• Clean resort units to include sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
• Maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
• Clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
• Make beds
• Replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
• Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction
• Handle guest issues to resolution in an effort to improve the guest experience

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both with employees, guests, and owners
• Possess ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with a team focus
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

The hourly rate for this role is $21.00.
