Housekeeper - Club Wyndham Harbour Lights Resort

Schedule

Full Time; weekends and holidays are required.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms.
• Maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards.
• Clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies.
• Make beds.
• Replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries.
• Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens.
• Maintain positive customer and associate relationships.
• Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest issues to resolution to improve guest experience.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with employees, guests, and owners.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Professional appearance and positive, can‑do attitude with team focus.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Pay

The hourly rate for this role is $20.50.
