About the Role

The RN House Supervisor is a registered nurse responsible for hospital-wide leadership, overseeing clinical, operational, financial, and safety functions in the absence of senior management.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and ensure quality and safety standards
• Coordinate emergency and daily operations
• Foster effective communication among staff, physicians, and patients
• Promote operational excellence and maintain hospital image
• Manage staffing and resources efficiently
• Facilitate emergency responses
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Support a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous quality improvement
• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care and support hospital goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Health Administration
• Active RN licensure (single-state or multi-state Compact)
• BLS certification
