About the Role

The RN House Supervisor is a registered nurse responsible for hospital-wide leadership, overseeing clinical, operational, financial, and human resources in the absence of senior leaders. They serve as a key member of the leadership team, partnering with staff, physicians, and patients to ensure safe, high-quality care and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing and ensure adequate coverage across departments.
• Promote operational excellence and facilitate communication among teams.
• Coordinate emergency responses and ensure preparedness.
• Support performance improvement initiatives using evidence-based practices and Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Mentor staff, model professional behavior, and foster a culture of safety and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or a related management field.
• Active RN licensure (single-state or multi-state).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
