House Supervisor (Full-Time)

About the role

The RN House Supervisor is a registered nurse responsible for hospital-wide leadership, overseeing clinical, financial, human, and material resources to ensure safe, quality care. They serve as a member of the leadership team, managing operations in the absence of senior leaders, and collaborate with physicians, staff, and patients to promote excellence and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage hospital operations efficiently
• Oversee emergency responses and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Foster communication, teamwork, and collaboration among physicians, staff, and patients
• Utilize performance improvement methodologies, Lean Six Sigma principles, and evidence-based practices to drive continuous improvement
• Model professionalism, uphold ethical standards, and support a culture of safety and service excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or related fields
• Active RN licensure (single or multi-state)
• BLS certification
