House Supervisor (Full-Time)

About the role

The RN House Supervisor is a registered nurse responsible for hospital-wide leadership, overseeing clinical, financial, human, and material resources. They act as a key member of the leadership team, especially in the absence of senior leaders, ensuring safe, quality care and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage communication across departments
• Coordinate emergency responses and facilitate patient flow from emergency to discharge
• Promote and uphold safety standards
• Utilize performance improvement methods, Lean Six Sigma principles, and evidence-based practices to drive continuous improvement
• Serve as a change agent within the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Health Administration
• Current RN licensure (single or multi-state)
• BLS certification
• Uphold professional standards and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Foster collaboration and support service excellence
