About the role

The RN House Supervisor is a registered nurse responsible for hospital-wide leadership, overseeing clinical, operational, financial, and safety functions in the absence of senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff, ensuring quality and safe patient care
• Cookbook emergency responses
• Promote safety standards using data and evidence-based practices
• Serve as a mentor, foster teamwork, and communicate effectively with staff, physicians, patients, and families
• Implement performance improvement initiatives
• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles
• Support a culture of safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing, Business, or Health Administration
• Current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state)
• BLS certification
