House Supervisor

Summary

Role oversees the day-to-day operations of nursing departments within the hospital, often managing nursing duties related to patient care delivery and team work, and acting as a member of the administrative team during off-hours or overnight shifts, especially when dealing with emergencies or critical situations.

Requirements

• RN with a current license in the State of Arkansas
• 5 years of experience as an RN
• Current certifications in ACLS and PALS
• Experience in Critical Care and/or ED preferred
• Computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Good problem solving skills

Qualifications

• BSN or 2 year commitment to complete
• Enrolled within 60 days of accepting position
• Quarterly updates including transcripts

Pay

This job will be authorized 72.00 hours bi-weekly.

Shift: Day
Working Hours: 1030-2300
