House Supervisor

About the role

The House Supervisor at CHI Health Good Samaritan Hospital serves as in-house administration for after hours/weekends, overseeing and coordinating comprehensive care delivery across all clinical areas during designated shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assigns day-to-day work activities; directs the functional and technical job performance of team members.
• Allocates and directs staffing needs to meet patient, unit, and department needs, and collaborates with others to ensure overall staffing needs are met.
• Responsible for the coordination and support of patient activity and safe practices in all clinical areas on the designated shift.
• Oversight for placement of all admissions on designated shift.
• Responsible for facilitating unit triaging during times of peak census.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• 3 to 5 years of clinical experience

Pay

The posted compensation range of $40.72 - $59.05 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.

Schedule

Operates on a Night shift schedule, starting at 6:30p- 7:00am.
