Responsibilities
- Oversees all patient admissions, discharges, and transfer activity
- Maintains capacity both currently and prospectively
- Facilitates continuous throughput of patients from all points of entry
- Utilizes effective verbal communication and swift clinical decision making
- Serves as the liaison between all clinical departments
Requirements
- Three to five years recent clinical experience, preferably in a variety of clinical areas
- Bachelor's of Nursing degree preferred
- Current CA State licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR certification
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Mastery of Medical Assistant (MAB) certification required to be completed on the first day of work
