House Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversees all patient admissions, discharges, and transfer activity
• Maintains capacity both currently and prospectively
• Facilitates continuous throughput of patients from all points of entry
• Utilizes effective verbal communication and swift clinical decision making
• Serves as the liaison between all clinical departments

Requirements

• Three to five years recent clinical experience, preferably in a variety of clinical areas
• Bachelor's of Nursing degree preferred
• Current CA State licensure as a Registered Nurse
• Current CPR certification
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Mastery of Medical Assistant (MAB) certification required to be completed on the first day of work
