Classification: Non-Exempt Employee Position Overview The Asheville Symphony is seeking friendly, reliable, and confident House Managers to join our Front-of-House team for the 2026–27 season. House Managers are the primary front-of-house leaders during Asheville Symphony performances, managing Event Staff and Volunteers to create a safe, welcoming, accessible, and organized experience for every patron. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced event environment, and can remain calm and solutions-oriented when the unexpected happens. House Managers work closely with Asheville Symphony staff, venue personnel, event staff, and volunteer ushers to coordinate concert operations and provide an exceptional patron experience.
