What You'll Do
- Oversight of day-to-day operations of residential homes
- Ensuring compliance with agency standards
- Supervising and training staff, including Direct Support Professionals
- Monitoring medication and service records, conducting audits, and reporting errors
- Financial management, including budgeting, petty cash, and supplies
- Coordination of staff training, participation in IP planning, and provision of quality activities for residents
- Management of emergency situations and maintenance of home and vehicle cleanliness and safety
- Transportation of residents, management of household shopping, and maintenance of regulatory documentation
- Attendance and conduct of meetings, participation in training, and performance of other duties as assigned
What You Bring
- A high school diploma or GED
- Experience in disability services preferred (not required—we train!)
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license - meet one of the following driving record requirements:
- At least 3 years of unsuspended driving history with no more than 3 points,
- At least 2 years of unsuspended driving history with a clean driving record
