House Keeping Manager - Yorkville

Job Description

NCG Cinema is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to join our team. We are dedicated to providing a safe, clean, and smooth movie-going experience for our guests.

Position Requirements

• Bathrooms: Maintain cleanliness of toilets and urinals, clean bowls, change sanitizer liners, stock necessary items.
• Auditoriums: Blow out auditoriums daily, vacuum carpeted areas, maintain cupholder cleanliness, vacuum under recliners, wipe down seats and snack trays.
• Lobby: Vacuum carpeted areas, empty trash.
• Hallway: Vacuum carpeted areas, empty trash.
• Grounds/Exterior: Pick up trash or debris, change exterior trash.

What You Will Do

• Ensure all aspects of the job duties are completed during specified days.
• Lead and work with a team of cleaners to meet cleanliness standards.
• Communicate with management regarding cleaning policies and procedures.
• Show reliability and ownership of the position.

Position Requirements

• Assist with hiring and training cleaner staff.
• Assist with janitorial supply ordering.
• Complete all cleaning duties within allotted hours.

Staffing/Total Hours

• Number of cleaners per night will be determined based on the day of cleaning and business forecasting.
• Total hours for the crew will be determined weekly and approved for the first 90 days.

Schedule

The Housekeeping Manager will provide a weekly schedule to the General Manager of the building. Workdays will be Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday with work hours of 4am-10:30am.
