About the role
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They oversee various tasks including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, enforcing McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Responsibilities
Shift Managers perform a wide range of duties, such as:
- Planning for each shift
- Making sure the team meets McDonald’s standards
- Ensuring safety and security
- Communicating with the next Shift Manager
- Managing crew
- Managing inventory
- Ensuring daily maintenance and cleanliness
- Ensuring quality food production
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Scheduling
- Training
Requirements
A preference for previous leadership experience within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is ideal. Positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment are sought.
