About the role

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience each visit. They oversee a team and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain performance during the shift to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety and security.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
• Meet targets during their shifts and assist in meeting department goals.
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Ensure exceptional customer service.
• Manage crew and handle food safety.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A positive attitude and a flexible schedule.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
