About the role

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They oversee a variety of tasks including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, enforcing McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Take action to address any issues and maintain profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
• Meet and help assigned Departments achieve their goals.
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and food safety.
• Handle scheduling and training responsibilities.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A flexible schedule and willingness to work in a dynamic, energetic atmosphere.
