About the role

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They oversee various tasks such as planning shifts, monitoring performance, enforcing McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next shift manager.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and daily maintenance.
• Oversee quality food production and exceptional customer service.
• Handle scheduling and staff management.
• Train new employees and assist in departmental goal achievement.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A flexible schedule and a passion for working in the McDonald’s environment.
