About the role

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They oversee a team and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers handle various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, enforcing safety and security protocols, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with the team and the next Shift Manager.
• Manage inventory and daily maintenance.
• Train and coach the team.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
