Hourly Shift Managers
The Kades Corporation is one of the largest McDonald’s franchisees in the United States, owning and operating 38 McDonald’s restaurants in the Beaumont and Houston areas.
About the role
We are seeking experienced, driven leaders at the shift manager level who are eager to grow their careers. McDonald’s experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements
- A proven track record of leading a team
- Previous management experience
- Hungry leaders ready to jump in and own operations
- A customer service approach with the ability to limit and manage complaints with professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills
- Availability to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Pay
Competitive wages starting at $14–15/hour, up to $21/hour.
