Shift Managers

Starting pay range is $18 - $20/hour.

About the Role

A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, ensuring safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Monitor and manage team performance during shifts to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Oversee food safety, internal communication, and inventory management.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant.
• Manage crew, quality food production, and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
• Assist in scheduling, training, and meeting departmental goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive team player with a passion for customer service.
