Starting pay range is $18 - $20/hour.

About the Role

A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring McDonald’s standards are met, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
• Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule
• Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
