Shift Managers

Starting pay range is $18 - $20/hour.

About the Role

A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, ensuring safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience
• Monitor and manage team performance during shifts
• Ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
• Oversee safety, security, and profitability during shifts
• Assist in meeting shift targets and department goals
• Food safety and internal communication
• Inventory management
• Daily maintenance and cleanliness
• Managing crew and ensuring quality food production
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Scheduling and training team members

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule
• Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
