About the role
As a manager at Cici's Pizza, you will be the heartbeat of the restaurant, leading a team and creating experiences that keep families coming back. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment focused on delivering quality food and positive guest experiences.
What You’ll Be Rockin’ Every Day
- Lead Like a Pro: Recruit, train, and inspire a top-tier team of kitchen heroes, buffet ninjas, and guest service champs. Set the tone, set the pace, and set your team up to win!
- Own the Guest Experience: Deliver the kind of “WOW!” moments that make guests smile, post selfies, and bring their friends next time. Keep it clean, friendly, and full of positive vibes.
- Run a Tight (and Tasty) Ship: Stick to Cicis’ gold standards in food prep, presentation, and service. Keep everything from the crust to the salad bar on-point, every shift.
- Keep It Safe & Fresh: Lead with food safety excellence — because nothing ruins a party like poor sanitation. Follow Georgia Health Department regs and Cici's food handling rules like a boss.
- Buffet Brilliance: Manage the buffet like a culinary conductor — ensuring fresh pies, colorful salads, and sweet treats are always ready and looking irresistible.
- Smart Scheduling & Labor Control: Build efficient schedules that keep operations flowing and labor costs in check — all while staying in tune with Georgia labor laws.
- Master Inventory & Minimize Waste: Keep the kitchen stocked (but never overstocked). Control food and supply costs like a pro.
- Crush the Numbers: Track sales, labor, food costs, and more. Analyze reports. Hit targets. Make decisions that move the needle.
- Be the Face of Cicis in the Community: Host school spirit nights, fundraisers, and community events that get people in the door and talking about Cicis!
- Build a Rockstar Team: Train, coach, and grow your team into hospitality pros and future leaders.
- Keep It Spotless: Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant, game room, restrooms, and kitchen. If something’s broken, you’re on it.
- Own Vendor Relations: Ensure timely deliveries, resolve issues, and build strong partnerships with vendors.
What You Bring to the Table
- Leadership Firepower: You inspire, coach, and energize everyone around you.
- Guest Obsessed: Hospitality is your superpower.
- Operations Know-How: You’ve done it all — from prepping pizza to running shifts.
- Financial Smarts: Budgets, KPIs, P&Ls — you speak the language of results.
- Safety-First Mentality: You know the rules and enforce them.
- Clear Communicator: You talk the talk and walk the walk — with staff, guests, and upper management.
- Multi-Tasking Machine: You juggle priorities like a pro in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re confident with POS systems, scheduling software, and reporting tools.
- Community Connector: You love being involved and know how to bring people together.
