Hourly Manager

Responsibilities

Our Shift Managers are responsible for making sure each shift runs smoothly. This includes:

• Training new associates
• Remaining calm at all times during shifts
• Opening and closing the store
• Ensuring product quality and exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age
• 6+ months of proven management experience in the food service industry or leadership role in a related industry
• This is a hands-on position requiring physical work, including taking care of guests and staff
• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy
• Lead by example and uphold high standards of operation in a fast-paced environment
• Help team members grow through constant coaching and feedback
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be able to work full-time and have open availability, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
