Hourly Manager

Responsibilities

• Make sure each shift runs smoothly
• Train new associates
• Be an example of “remaining calm at all times”
• Open and close the store
• Ensure product quality and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age
• 6+ months of proven management experience in food service industry or related industry
• Hands-on position requiring physical work, including taking care of guests and staff
• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic
• Must lead by example and uphold high standards in a fast-paced environment
• Must coach and provide feedback to help team members grow
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be available for full-time work, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Qualifications

• Positive employment history with good references
• Physical requirements: constant standing and walking, occasional pushing/pulling/lifting up to 55 pounds, constant computer and point-of-sale usage, frequent reaching, turning, precision work, constant talking, ability to work outside in various weather conditions
