Hourly Manager
Responsibilities
Oversee nightly custodial operations across a 24-building central campus
Lead, support, and direct frontline employees to ensure service quality and coverage
Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and shift accountability
Conduct inspections and walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance
Coordinate floor care and project work completion during off-hours
Track attendance, performance, and shift productivity
Maintain supplies and inventory to support nightly operations
Step in to support coverage when needed
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of custodial, janitorial, or facilities management experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
- Working knowledge of custodial processes, equipment, and floor care
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work overnight/third shift schedule consistently
- Experience in large campus or commercial environments preferred
About the Role
This role provides hands-on leadership during third shift, ensuring daily operations, staffing, quality control, and safety standards are consistently met. The Hourly Manager partners closely with supervisors and frontline employees to support service delivery aligned with ABM standards and client expectations. This position plays a key role in maintaining operational continuity overnight and supporting team performance.

Sunday–Thursday, 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM
