About the role
Responsible for managing a food service establishment or a similar industry role for at least six months.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of a food service business
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise staff members
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Handle inventory management and budgeting
- Oversee kitchen operations and food preparation
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- Reliable personal vehicle for transportation to and from work
- Full-time availability with flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
Physical Requirements
- Constantly stand and walk throughout the day
- Occasionally lift up to 55 pounds independently and safely
- Occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.
- Frequent and continuous use of computers, point-of-sale registers, and other equipment
- Regularly flex and rotate wrists and spine
- Perform precise tasks involving the use of hands and fingers
- Speak clearly and express ideas verbally
- Have good vision, both near and far
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
