About the role
Responsible for managing a food service establishment or a similar industry role for at least six months.
Responsibilities
- Manage operations and staff effectively
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Handle inventory management and procurement
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Train and mentor new employees
Requirements
- Proven management experience in the food service industry or a related field
- Reliable personal vehicle for transportation to and from work
- Willingness to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Constantly stand and walk throughout the day
- Occasionally lift up to 55 pounds
- Regularly use computers, POS registers, and other equipment
- Frequent and continuous use of hands and wrists for precision tasks
- Perform tasks involving bending, reaching, and rotating the body
- Speak clearly and express ideas verbally
- Work in various weather conditions
