Hourly Manager

About the role

Responsible for managing a food service establishment or a similar industry role for at least six months.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and staff effectively
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
• Handle inventory management and procurement
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Train and mentor new employees

Requirements

• Proven management experience in the food service industry or a related field
• Reliable personal vehicle for transportation to and from work
• Willingness to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Constantly stand and walk throughout the day
• Occasionally lift up to 55 pounds
• Regularly use computers, POS registers, and other equipment
• Frequent and continuous use of hands and wrists for precision tasks
• Perform tasks involving bending, reaching, and rotating the body
• Speak clearly and express ideas verbally
• Work in various weather conditions
