Hotel Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We are actively looking for experienced Maintenance Engineers, preferably with previous hotel experience, who are skilled and well-rounded in basic repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, wall repair, hanging vinyl, furniture renewal, wallpapering, basic hand tools, and painting. We Are Currently Looking To Fill Three Openings:

Responsibilities

• (1) FT Building Engineer – Requires availability Mon-Sun AM and PM shifts
• (1) FT Preventive Maintenance Engineer – Requires availability Mon-Sun AM shifts
• (1) PT Building Engineer – Requires availability Fr/Sa/Su nights – PM Shifts

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with a strong background in maintenance and repair work, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills. Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant certifications and training in maintenance and repair. Experience with basic hand tools and painting is also required.

Skills

Basic repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, wall repair, hanging vinyl, furniture renewal, wallpapering, and painting are essential. Proficiency with basic hand tools and painting is necessary.
