Hotel Maintenance Engineer

About the role

You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily maintenance tasks to ensure the property is clean and operational.
• Oversee the repair and replacement of equipment and facilities to maintain optimal functionality.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
