Key Skills/Responsibilities
- Take charge of daily inspections, repairs, and fine-tuning across hotel systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance in guest rooms, common spaces, and on essential equipment.
- Handle minor carpentry, painting, and furniture repairs.
- Solve equipment hiccups, leaks, and electrical issues.
- Tackle emergencies like fire alarms and power outages.
- Maintain physical fitness to handle physically demanding tasks.
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines.
- Keep work areas clean and safe.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in hotel maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Trade license (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) is highly desirable.
